Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We will endeavor to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, you will be provided with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How does your collection service work?

Orders can be collected from our store in Bromley (BR1). In order to select this option, please choose 'pick up' at the checkout. Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email notification providing the full address.

How does your free delivery service work?

If your order is over £49 and you live within a 10 km radius from BR1 your order can be delivered free of charge.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Your courier will provide you with a 'Missed Delivery' card. Please contact them to rearrange delivery.

What is PugliAmo's approach to packaging?

We endeavor to use recycled packaging where possible.

 

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition along with original tags and packaging. 

I want to return my purchase, what should I do?

Please refer to our Returns Policy which can be accessed from our home page.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me, how do I do that?

Please contact the buyer for the receipt so we can process the return.

What happens if I forget to include my receipt?

Receipts must be included in order for a refund or exchange to be accepted.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

Delivery charges are non refundable, however you will be sent a prepaid returns label for sending your item(s) back to us.

Can I return more than 1 order in the same parcel?

Yes multiple orders can be returned in the same parcel however please ensure that you include all relevant receipts. Also please state this when contacting us to start your return so that we can send 1 prepaid label for the correct weight.

Can I return an item for exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes you can return your item along with the receipt for an exchange. When contacting us to start the returns process, please state that you would like an exchange and notify us of the product you wish to exchange with. Alternatively you can request a refund, and then place a new order for the items you would like.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Please allow time for your original payment method to be credited.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website by selecting an item and choosing 'Add to Cart'. Payment will then be requested at the checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit/debit cards.

How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?

At checkout you will be provided the option to select PayPal. You will then need to log into your PayPal account to process this payment.

How do I request an invoice?

Yes we accept international credit cards.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

VAT is included within the price stated on our website.

 

Order Issues

The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

Please email us at info@pugliamo.co.uk to inquire whether this item will be restocked.

I've received a faulty/incorrect item, what should I do?

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty/incorrect item, please contact us at info@pugliamo.co.uk to begin the returns process.

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Please contact us at info@pugliamo.co.uk providing information as to the missing item. We will then look into this for you and ensure the missing item is provided.

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

You are able to amend the order prior to it being dispatched. Please contact us at info@pugliamo.co.uk to do so. After the item has been dispatched you will no longer be able to amend the order.

What would cause my order to be delayed?

Delays can be caused by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, traffic, failed delivery attempts or industrial action/strikes.
